At Graphic, our dedicated team of IPC-trained Application Engineers is committed to providing exceptional support throughout your product’s lifecycle. Our services include:

Our Application Engineers are part of the Sales department but work closely within Engineering, ensuring seamless integration of design and manufacturing processes.

CAM Engineering

Our Engineering Department operates 24/5, from Monday 6am to Saturday, 6am ensuring global time zone coverage.

Coverage: The team handles Estimating, CAM, Route Traveller Generation, and Customer Support, providing a complete manufacturing package for production.

Prototyping and Offshore Production

At Graphic, our Special Products department excels in validating new concepts and technologies, ensuring they are production-ready. We offer ideal prototyping solutions, managing everything from small development batches to medium pre-production volumes at our UK facility.

For larger production volumes, we facilitate a seamless transition to our facility in China and South Korea, ensuring cost-effective and efficient scaling. This approach guarantees a smooth product development journey from initial prototype to full-scale production.

By leveraging our extensive capabilities and global reach, we deliver reliable and innovative solutions tailored to your specific needs.

Quick Turn Delivery

Graphic meets customers’ urgent needs with a rapid delivery service for new product integration, prototypes, and critical products.

New design quotes are typically provided on the same working day, with repeat designs quoted within hours. Materials can be reserved or pre-ordered to reduce lead times.

Lead times for quick-turn projects depend on complexity but can be as short as five working days.

For deliveries within seven working days, order confirmation, data, and materials must be submitted by 9:00 am on day one. For longer lead times, submission by 10:00 am is required.
